Hello on 2 march 2020 I received a refund for a support request from Microsoft. The Exchange error : [Ticket #:18773134] was accepted as a bug. But meanwhile after one year and with the last CU20 the bug is still present, has not been fixed. As far as I know for Exchange 2016, the last CU will be published in June 2021. After that, there will only be security updates for Exchange 2016. Will Microsoft still fix this bug in Exchange 2016 or will it remain unaddressed? What happens now? Does anyone have any ideas? What can I do? I need a solution and would be very grateful for any advice.

I completely understand your frustration and sorry for all the inconvenience caused.
While, please note that this forum is an Exchange support forum for general questions, thus we cannot make any guarantee when and whether the bug will be fixed.
Since it has been confirmed to be a bug, I suppose that we may have to wait for the official announcement of the next CU version.

As far as I know for Exchange 2016, the last CU will be published in June 2021. After that, there will only be security updates for Exchange 2016. So the next one is the last one? Since march 2020, there have already been three CU without troubleshooting. So maybe this major bug (filters in uncached modus) will never be fixed and I will have to change my software. It would be fair if microsoft would give me some information on this so that I don't wait in vain.
And I have no idea at all how and where I can get an answer from microsoft. I am grateful for any advice
