I cant view my MTA Certification

Hello! II have an MTA Certification delivered by Certiprof in 2017, I wanted to upload it in my LinkedIn account but after logging in my microsoft account I realize that I didn't have my certification but I have the feedback PDF that certiprof send me by email. I logged in to view it also using my MCID and it didn't appear. what can I do if I want to upload it and if anyone who want to view that I really have the MTA can't validate it?.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
    your Microsoft Certification dashboard
