SNMP credentials test failed

I am trying to access SNMP on a win2k19 without success from my win 10. Service configured with a community name, firewall allows all my domain to access udp 161......so I think it is configured correctly. and I have added the 2 IPs in the allow part for the 2 machines trying to access the snmp service.
I am using Solarwinds Real-Time Bandwidth Monitor, I always get "Credential Test Failed"
How can I troubleshoot the snmp? Thanks
