Hoping you can help us. We contacted Teamviewer and obtained a demo license to test using teamviewer to remotely connect to mobile devices.
Our issue is when trying to setup the Intune Teamviewer connector. We click Required setup then Log in to Team Viewer to Authorize, go through the complete process only to get a message some up saying:
Something went wrong
An unanticipated error occurred. Your IT department may be able to help.

We are logged in to MS Endpoint Manager as a Global Admin that when you check its permissions it says "You are an administrator with full permissions to all Intune resources"
Teamviewer says the user account used for this needs to have an Intune license. Are we right in thinking that being a Global Admin the account has one? we also assigned an E3 license but still no joy. Also tried off the company network connected to an external 4G wireless connection but got same issue
