deleting web part giving an error

while deleting web part coming up with error.
I see message it is locked out. but how doe we know by whom it is locked out?
I navigated list settings-->advanced settings--> but there is no manged file check in version option to see who locked it.

Please help me on deleting web part and who locked it.

    Open the subsite in SharePoint designer to find the default.aspx.

    Hi @sns ,

    From your screenshoot, the web part is a calendar list, in list, there is no Check in/Check out.

    Please append ?contents=1 at the web part page url to check if you can delete the dedicated web part.

    As a workaround, we could also close the web part in web part mainentance page:

    Sorry to confuse you!

    I could reproduce your issue if the page has been checked out:

    Please go to the page library which store the web part page, find the user who check out the page:

    Then discard check out or check in the page, refresh the page, delete the web part again to comapre the result.
