Certificates MMC snapin on Server Core is missing

Hi All,

We have a 2019 Core machine, and we installed Server Core App Compatibility Feature on Demand (FOD) to get some Desktop experience. However, when we want to use the mmc to manage installed certificates, there is no Certificate Snap-in as attached screenshots82664-microsoftteams-image-4.png.

We have tried Install-WindowsFeature ADCS-Cert-Authority -IncludeManagementTools with no luck.

Any suggestions?

Certificate management console is available on a full UI only, it is expected behavior. Use certutil or PowerShell to manage certificates on server core.

this has nothing to do with Certificates MMC.
