Pipleline issue - "maximum number of requests that can run for parallelism"

Hi Team, I am new in Azure DevOps and I started learning the azure devops using the different sources and I am trying to create the pipelines for my organization in dev.azure but whenever I am creating a pipeline, I am getting a message in log that is - "This agent request is not running because you have reached the maximum number of requests that can run for parallelism type 'Microsoft-Hosted Private'. Current position in queue: 1". My process gets stuck at this point every time and I tried to find out the solution everywhere but have not got the solution yet. Can you please help me on that as I have created my free tier account and activated the free subscription.
