encoding at outlook search

Hi, dear techcommunity! I've got an issue with one of our users. When he tries to find some mail from person, search results displays at wrong encoding (see screenshots at https://answers.microsoft.com/ru-ru/msoffice/forum/msoffice_outlook-mso_win10-mso_o365b/%d0%bf%d1%80%d0%be%d0%b1%d0%bb%d0%b5%d0%bc%d1%8b/863ce812-2b6c-4fae-b706-ecfdd05b51e8?tm=1612444787658) I've tried to delete address book, repair PST file using SCANPST.EXE, tries to creat a new mail configuration, delete-create local profile at PC, tries at other PC, re-index windows search. Is there any option to fix it? thank you in advance!

According to your description, the issue only occurred on a sepcific user, have you checked if there are any differences between this user and others(windows version, Outlook client version or if install any 3rd party add-ins there)? Also, did this issue occurred on every time you open Outlook?

Besides, I noticed that you have tried testing at other PC, could the search field work normally with other accounts in this PC? For your test, whether this user's account could work normally there?
If you actually have tested on the PC that could work normally with other accounts, but the search field only displays wrong field on this user's account, I think the issue may be related to the account itself, and it may be invalid to perform more troubleshooting operations on client, so it's suggested to check this mailbox and confirm if the user has performed any specifc operations before.

If not, based on my experience and tests, this "From" field in Outlook client would be changed if we changed the Windows language, which may mean it is related to the windows language package and it may have some abnormalities if there are any errors there. So it's suggested to switch your windows language, redownload the package and set it again to check.

Also, many 3rd party programs may also affect it, please try to perform a clean boot for windows to check if the issue has any difference.

Me with collegues open a Microsoft Premiere Support ticket, so I guess it will be solved there.

I will post an answer when I will get a solution
