Connect local network PC to Active Directory Domain using P2S VPN

Hello, I have the following scenario. I need to add a PC in a local network to the domain, the Active Directory server is in a Virtual Machine in Azure and the connection is through a P2S VPN. At the time of trying to add to domain it shows me a message where it cannot find the DNS domain. I already added the server's DNS in the machine configuration but I can't get it to be added to the domain. Any ideas? Thanks
