Hello,
Im trying to upgrade my SQL from 2016 to 2019 when I encountered the error. I also tried the Repair feature to resolve it.

Any update for this thread? Did you find any useful error information from error log and SQL setup detail log ? Could please you share the information for us to analysis?
According to your summary log, you have install one SQL 2016 instance, one SQL 2019 instance. Did you want to upgrade the SQL 2016 to SQL 2019 ?
