Error 0x800401E5. What am I going to do?

It all started when I saw the onedrive trash can full it had about 4,000 files I deleted them and went to the computer desktop and it was empty but the computer trash was full and it was about what onedrive had in its trash can, i did it all reset but the problem was not corrected and the coincidences are many as you know.

So the new user account works fine, is that right? If yes, it seems original user account has some problem. You can move all data to new user account and then use new user account.

You can directly transfer files/folders from one account to another account by copying files and pasting in the destination account.

Use Windows Explorer to navigate to C:\Users to the account you want to COPY - Right Click on the Folders (and/or files) and COPY - go to the other account and PASTE where you want to put them.

Try to create a new local user account and login with this new account, then create new folder or save to desktop again. See if the new user account can work.
