I can pin a desktop shortcut to the taskbar, but cannot unpin it. My system is Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC. I‘ve tried to restart the Resource manager and switch Users, but the problem is still unresolved.

Let me verify your steps to pin, you are right click on the icon and click on more and then Pin to taskbar and it works. Then when you right click on the icon or going to more Unpin from taskbar, it doesn't work is that correct? Are you seeing the menu to unpin?
What happens when you click to unpin?
Yeah,it's just like you said. When I pin the icon, it was going well. But when I Unpin the icon, nothing happen. The icon is still there. And When I right click the icon,I still see the menu to unpin. It's just that there's no reaction
Try open start and search for Command prompt and right click on it and run it as administrator and then type the following command:
sfc /scannow
And press enter and let it runs.
Try restart your PC and try again and see if the problem persist?
Hi @95061996
1.Reset and Clear All Pinned Apps on Taskbar in Windows 10;
2. Unpin it using the Start menu;
Best Regards
