Hi @Andrea Vironda ,
In my case I have the following situation, but it's not clear why there are different data in the main page and under "about Outlook" section.
Does the "different data" you mentioned here mean the two different version numbers in the "About Outlook" version? If yes, as I know, it is quite normal and by design. Build number and Version number are two different product Information of your Office program. Mine like below is also the same situation. For more information about them, please check: What version of Outlook do I have?
I did some research about the iCloud error you mentioned above and find some related information which might be helpful, please try checking the suggestions below:
- Just as you said, the error could be caused by having the Windows Store version of Office preinstalled. So, please check your store version app list and in order to ensure it is removed, you could try the PowerShell commands in this article: Setup cannot continue because Outlook isn’t configured to have a default profile and see if the issue could be resolved.
- If the issue still continues, I would suggest you to reset your default Apps via Windows Settings > Apps > Default Apps, and configure Outlook as your default email app. Also, remember to check if you have select the "Always use this profile" option via Control Panel > Mail > Show profile like below:
- By the way, compatibility mode of iCloud might cause issues like this as well. Please check this thread from Apple Community. (Note: Since the web site is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may change without notice. Microsoft does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.)
Hope these can be helpful.
