Tcpvcon missing from TCPView.zip

I downloaded TCPView.zip, inside I can find some files but not tcpvcon.
Also in the full suite file the tcpvcon is of 2010.

I asked the exact same question a few days ago. It's seems no one has a clue and it's a bit difficult to find the right channel to get an answer or fix. It doesn't look like it will be here in these forums. None of the sysinternals people seem to spend any time here. Maybe non-interest in what people are saying about the tools they provide?

Anyway, I found what might be the latest version of tcpvcon, but the download looks like a package that needs to be built. I could not find a compiled version. Please post here if you find anything

At that link, I found a powershell script that downloads the zip file from this site.
So, I believe that it does not download tcpvcon.

There is tcpvcon, but it is version 3, and not version 4.
