PC completely freezes while playing game, Kernal-PnP warning message seems to be the cause?

My pc has consistently been freezing while a number of different games on it, to the point that I need to force it to power down. This issue only started happening when I added a 2nd monitor to my setup. When I look at the event viewer after rebooting there seems to be 2 consistent events that occur the time of each crash, Kernal-Power 41 and Kernal-PnP 219. To note I have already tried updating windows as well as all of my drivers and so far that hasn't stopped the freezes. I'll include my PC specs as well as the events below:

Samsung 860 EVO SSD 500GB
Seagate Barracuda HDD 1TB
i7-9700K Processor (8x 3.60GHz/12MB L3 Cache)
ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming Motherboard
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080
DDR4-3200 Memory Module - G.SKILL Ripjaws V 32GB

Hello,

1.please check the driver version of your PC:

2.go to the official website of GeForce: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/ and check if you've updated the driver to the latest version:

3.did the two monitors use the same display resolution?

4.will the issue occur if you only use the 2nd monitor?

It looks like the driver version was out of date on device manager, tho I have the GeForce Experience app and had already downloaded the driver there so I'm not sure why it showed an older version in device manager. Both of my monitors were using the same resolution. I haven't tested if the issue only occurs when using both monitors but I will test that. Earlier today I crashed after ~1.5h of gameplay but this time I got a blue screen for the first time which had the stop code WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR, but the screen stayed at 0% for over an hour so I had to hard reboot so no memory dump was able to be made unfortunately.

Before I started playing today I deleted all temporary files and ran a System File Checker which found and repaired some corrupt files. Before I did these all of my issues were just complete computer freezes so this may be correlated to the blue screen I experience afterward. I installed the updated driver and will test both that and a 1 monitor setup.

After manually downloaded and installing the updated driver from Nvidia's website its still not showing up in device manager, but it shows as up to date in the GeForce Experience app

I'm not sure why it's not showing up in device manager as up to date

Can confirm the issue is still occurring after updating the driver and with only 1 monitor, however I was able to get in close to 3 hours of gaming before the freeze happened. That is the longest session I've been able to have before a freeze but that may just be a coincidence.
