UWP install error

Hi MicrosoftTeam:
I now have a problem with UWP: When I compile locally, uwp runs normally. But when I use the CI environment to compile the uwp and run it crashes directly.
The error content of the event viewer is as follows:

Faulting application name: Histen.exe, version: 1.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x605dc886
Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 10.0.19041.423, time stamp: 0xed02c0bc
Exception code: 0xc000027b

The full name of the error package: xxxx.xxxx-Histen_1.0.46.0_x64
_xxxxxxxxx
Error package relative application ID: App

Is this a problem caused by the inconsistent version of the compiled SDK? My local sdk 10.0.17763.0

Your local sdk is 17763, but your app's target version is 19041, have you tried reduce app's target version to 17763?
