Windows Server 2016 Slow restart times

Have multiple Windows Servers, Windows Server 2016 and 2019. Noticed that reboot times for Server 2016 are really slow, especially during Windows updates. Cannot see the same issue with Windows Server 2019. Wondering if there is a specific setting or maybe a command that could speed up the reboot times? Have already looked into Soft-Reboot, but could not find much information except that it was a preview feature and cannot find any documentation regarding it. Checked into 'Shutdown: Clear virtual memory pagefile' policy setting, as that could cause longer reboot times, if enabled, but this policy is already set to disabled.

Was there something done with Windows Server 2019 to boost reboot times, that could be replicated in Server 2016, or are there any other possible workarounds to speed up the reboot times?

If you want to shut down your Windows 2016 Server quickly, you can try the following command: shutdown -s -t 0. By the way, I would like to ask, do you spend a lot of time on update?

I have the same problem and I can't find an answer. I have changed the configuration of the paging file but still the same.

What is the solution?
