Office 2013 & 2019 not displaying graphics in Excel, PowerPoint, Word after upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10

Upgraded Dell Precision Tower 7910/NVIDIA Quadro M5000 from Windows 7 to Windows 10. After upgrade, Office Apps do not display graphics. We have upgraded multiple machines, and this is the only one that has the issue.

Troubleshooting steps completed:

• Disabled Add-ins. Issue persists
• Updated Windows/Office. Issue persists
• Ran repair from Control Panel > Programs and Features. Issue persists
• Tried to open in Safe Mode, it open is a blank screen
• Tried Slide Reset made it worst. It was displaying the ribbon in the body
• Disabled graphics acceleration made it worst. All apps opened with a white screen. Unable to access anything
• Disabled the Slide Show hardware graphics acceleration. All apps opened with a white screen. Unable to access anything
• Installed the latest NVIDIA diver from the manufacturer's website. Issue persists
• Did a driver rollback, issue persists
• Ran Office scrubs multiple times to remove all Office and reinstalled. Graphics are still missing after Office install.
• Ran Microsoft Recovery Tool. Issue persists
• Updated all Dell drivers and bios. Issue persists.
• Ran Dell SupportAssist and installed all the suggested drivers. Issue persists
• Installed Office 2019, experiencing the same issue

Any suggestion to fix the graphic is greatly appreciated.

Hi @SamDiz-4226,
It seems that you have tried many suggestions to help you troubleshoot this problem.
In my opinion you can try to run uninstall support tool to help you completely uninstall Office and re-install Office application, please follow the option 2 to download the tool:

If this issue still existed, try to re-install Windows 10 and check the result.

Thank you for your reply! Tried the support tool to uninstall Office. Reinstalled Office, issue persisted. I will try to reimage the machine.

If the Uninstall support tool fails to remove the installation, you could try a manual uninstallation (see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/manually-uninstall-office-4e2904ea-25c8-4544-99ee-17696bb3027b?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US), before you reimage the computer.

Any updates after reimaging the machine?

The machine has not been imaged yet. The user is currently on a time constraint and needs other programs on the machine. Planning on imaging CW15 or CW16.

If you currently have 32 bit Office installed, try uninstalling it and replacing it with 64 bit Office.
