MSFT Remote Desktop on iOS not executing Excel VBA code

I am in office 365 user. I am running windows 10 pro. I recently installed windows remote desktop on my iPad. Whenever I remote into my home PC from the iPad using Excel on the host PC the VBA code is not executing in the Excel spreadsheet. I remoted in from my laptop which is a Windows 10 Home machine and the VBA macros executed correctly. I am guessing it is an issue between iOS and the Microsoft Remote Desktop software. Is this a known problem?

    VBA is probably not supported on excel mobile. Office for mac is not currently supported here on QnA. They're actively answering question in dedicated forums here.
