Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry for the experience. Could you please check if you replace the right information in below session?

var authoringKey = "QNA_MAKER_SUBSCRIPTION_KEY";
var authoringURL = "QNA_MAKER_ENDPOINT";
var queryingURL = "QNA_MAKER_RUNTIME_ENDPOINT";

Regards.

Hi Yutong, yes I did, copied the KB Id (to test update scenario), endpoint and key like instructed on the page, but still getting the same error while I run. I'm not using runtime endpoint at the moment. Thanks.

By further inspecting the body of the response body i found the following message "The Create Knowledgebase Operation under QnA Maker V4.0 is not supported with the current subscription key and pricing tier QnAMaker.v2.S0." So what is the qualify pricing tier I need to use?
