I am trying to setup a new phone number in Azure Communication Services. I'm on a paid account with a valid payment method, I'm in the United States, and I'm using an app to send the messages. This would seem to meet the criteria for getting a toll-free number but the option is always disabled. The only available option is local which does not allow for sending SMS messages (which is the only reason I'm using this).
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
