Scenario:
Customer has co-managed client. We have enabled all workloads.
Question:
In a co-managed scenario, are we able to deploy OneDrive Known folder move policies via Intune?
We have done that, but we don't see the policies applying to machine.

@PaD-7009, Research and did not find there's any known issue for OneDrive Known folder Move on co-management devices. So I think it can be working.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/onedrive/redirect-known-folders#about-the-known-folder-move-policies
For co-management device, please also ensure the device configuration workload is moved to Intune

Hope it can help.

@PaD-7009, Hope things are going well. I am writing to see fi there's any update on our issue. If yes, feel free to let us know.
I can conform, ODKFM is supported in co-managed scenario.
We did 2 things to fix, 1) deployed MDM wins over GPO policy 2) Removed & re-added the assignment.
@PaD-7009, Thanks for the confirmation When we deploy the first step, the MDM setting can win the same setting in GPO and be applied. I appreciate your sharing with the detailed steps. If there's anything else we can help in the future, feel free to post in our Q&A to discuss together.
Thanks for your time and have a nice day!
If you are deploying both GPOs and MDM policies from Intune, you're asking for pain and grey hair. I strongly suggest you filter your GPOs so they do not in any way overlap with or conflict with MDM policies. Do not count on the MDM wins over GPO policy as this policy is limited in scope and has some known gaps even within the scope it is intended to set the winner for.
As long as the devices are properly co-managed and the device configuration workload is set to Intune for the device, then yes.
Have you reviewed the MDM Diagnostics report or the event log?
Have you reviewed the profile's assignment status in the MEM console?
That's a better question for a OneDrive expert. This is the best I know of/can find on troubleshooting OneDrive: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/troubleshoot/sync/troubleshoot-sync-issues
