URGENT: Accidentally deleted account admin in AAD. I can't manage payment methods after re-instanting

Hi,

We accidentally deleted the account admin user in AAD a few weeks back. We managed to re-instate him again by re-inviting through AAD. However we cannot see billing payment methods anymore even through the account admin user is also a subscription IAM owner and (classic) co-owner and was added as a global admin in AAD.

This is urgent as we have a past due subscription and we are trying to sort it out as soon as possible.

Thanks

Thank you for your post!

Since you accidentally deleted this user and re-invited them to your AzureAD tenant, you should be able to follow our - Restore a recently deleted user documentation to see if that'll re-instate all the permissions from that deleted user. Because you re-invited this user, this could be the reason why the "new user's" previous permissions aren't populating.

If you have any other questions, please let me know.
Thank you for your time and patience throughout this issue.
