Hello @samanthm-2268,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A platform.

You may follow the below steps to resolve the issue.

  • Make sure the certificate has been added or not in your local machine and current user certification store by following these steps:

  • Start | Run | certlm.msc

  • Expand "Trusted Root Certification Authorities' and select 'Certificates’.

  • Search for the certificate SSL certificate whether it is installed or not?

  • If it is not present, search for it in the Current User's certification store by Using below command.

  • Start | Run | certmgr.msc

  • If the certificate is found under the current user's cert store, but not under Local Machine, that will stop any other users from successfully establishing an SSL connection.

  • If the certificate is NOT found in the correct location, it must be imported.

  • If it is not installed, please try to contact server Administrator to install the certificate.

  • Try to download the latest version of desktop by using this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=58494 and check the issue behaviour.

Hope this helps. Do let us know if you any further queries.
