Subscription expiration date

We have 3 different subscriptions. Resources were added in each of these subscriptions at different points in time. Where can I find resource level subscription details. I am trying to figure out what my term and whether we should consider a 1 year or 3 year commitment for each resource.

Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

Hello! I want to make sure I understand your scenario correctly. What type of subscription(s) do you have?

If you are using an Azure free account, your free services and quantities expire at the end of 12 months. You can check when your free services expire:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/avoid-charges-free-account#you-reached-the-end-of-your-free-12-months

Sign in to the Azure portal.
2. In the left navigation area, select All services.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription that was created when you signed up for free account.
5. Scroll down to find free services grid. Select the tooltip located on the top left of the grid.

Microsoft will send you an email notifying you when it's time to upgrade.

Once your free services and quantities expire, you're charged pay-as-you-go rates for any services you're using. You can use the Azure portal to delete the resources for the services that you don't use. If you don’t intend to use any Azure service, you can cancel your subscription.

This no longer works since the subscriptions view has been redesigned. Where is the expiry date shown now?

This is not a free subscription.

We introduced different resources in our subscription at various points. Some are on pay as you go and some on annual commitment. Need a report that will help us see current status of each (pay as you go or annual) and for annual subscription, need to know when it is up for renewal and if it is auto renewal or will give us an option to review.

That may end up being a billing question. I'm going to to do my best to help you out with some information below (and I believe that may answer your question) but I need to point out that I'm not a billing expert. If you'd like to speak with a billing expert, you'll need to reach out to billing directly which you can do via the portal:

Contacting Billing:
In the Azure portal, you can open a billing support request by going to Help + support > New support request > Billing and then complete the wizard.

If all you need is a breakdown of what your costs are per resource or per subscription, you can do that quickly and easily on your own:

Cost analysis per resource group or resource

  1. Go to your resource group

  2. Navigate to Cost Management / Cost analysis

  3. Configure your report by selecting your desired views, dates, filters, and more

  4. Download

Cost analysis per Subscription

  1. In the portal, search for "Cost Management + Billing"

  2. In Cost Management + Billing, select the subscription you are interested in under My subscriptions

  3. Navigate to Cost Management / Cost analysis as above

It's also worth pointing out that when looking at resource groups in the portal, you are able to filter by subscription. This is another option for limiting the resources you evaluate on a per subscription basis.
