Please review won't get out of selective mode in msconfig
Also chkdsk Windows has scanned the file system and found no problems.
No further action is required.
also sfc Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
All Services are checked in msconfig

Also try selecting Normal Startup from a clean or safe mode boot.

    Hi,

You may also try booting into Safe Mode first, then from there check the "Normal startup" and reboot.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

If you have all items checked , it is the same as having Normal startup selected.

Selective Mode won't prevent the services from starting.
