1- Is there any API for the log activity of Microsoft office word doc

  • by log activity, we mean the change tracking:
  • what has been changed, and from by whom
  • the change could be: add, update, delete
  • so we search for that, but all we found is: Management Activity API

2- If there is, could you please provide us the resources (webpage, article, GitHub, or whatever could help)

3- If there is not, is it possible to track changes on the office word doc and reflect them into another system

    I agree with JohnKorchok that generally tracked changes are stored in the Word document.

    As said in the articles provided by him, you may achieve this with VBA code.
    It's suggested to add a tag "office-vba-dev" to get related help.
