Excel PowerPivot Save As not working as i got error message "Microsoft is waiting for another application OLE action ...."

Hi,

I am trying to build powepivot table through multiple tables created in data model. To save backup copy, i have tried save existing file
through "Save as.." option. I have given different file name and while saving the file, i got error like "OLE action is pending form other book".. When i opened my first workbook, i lost entire data model. I have again created table links in datamodel and when i tried to save the file with other name, i got same error message.

Could you please help me to fix this issue?
