How can I transfer my microsoft docs nmpellias@cognity.gr profile to nikolaos.bellias@hotmail.com profile

Hi All,

Currently, I maintain two Microsoft Docs profiles under nmpellias@cognity.gr and nikolaos.bellias@hotmail.com.
I want to transfer all my achievements, badges, and trophies from nmpellias@cognity.gr to nikolaos.bellias@hotmail.com.
Is this possible and how;
