Biztalk 2013 dose not consume some messages in single port

Hello,

I'm in charge of Biztalk 2013 ​environment in a company but i have little experience with it.


I'm facing an issue where SQL adapter receives XML messages but only processes some of them.
The issue is not with the message body as I have checked them using the Kdiff tool to see any schema issues are present.

Just for information messages are invoices and the only differences are values in objects.

Messages are not suspended and I can't see any issues in the event viewer.

Receive port is only mapping XML messages and there is no orchestration involved.

I honestly don't know how to proceed with troubleshooting this.
What should I check?

Hi,
I just solved it after few days with no success.
It was just as simple as registering assembly.

We have a clustered environment and failure was only on one node.
