Did you usel CAP & RAP policies or you kept the by default CAP /RAP policies ?
Since when you are experiencing this problem ? did you make any change on your RDG and/or RDSH servers ?
1) .Log on to Remoteapp using Domain\Username + password
2). Use RPC-HTTP connections over HTTP/UDP by Creating a New Registry Key ‘RDGClientTransport’

We are using VAP & RAP policies.
The change we have done is renewed the RDBroker certificate.
