Resume Task will not run after OS upgrade.

I upgraded my VM from 1909 to 20H2 successfully. There is still a Resume icon on the desktop to
pick up the Capture task. When I click on the icon, it goes away and nothing happens.

So, in an elevated CMD, I used

wscript "C:\minint\scripts\LTISuspend.wsf" /resume

but nothing still. Does it have something to do with the fact that when the LiteTouch that the VM uses
doesn't contain the new OS? I can create a new LiteTouch for the VM to continue, but even running it from the vm itself doesn't do anything. So at this point, I have an upgraded VM booted to the desktop with a
suspend in it that I can't resume.
Anyone know what is going on with that?

Hi,

Thanks for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

1.Could we find any clue in the bdd.log? If possible, please log in as the local Administrator account again, and make sure the UAC is disabled (UAC may block startup programs) for the local Administrator account, then resume your task to have a try.

2.You can also try to run the litetouch.wsf from the C:\MININT\Scripts folder.

Simlar thread for your reference: Possible to resume deployment?

Thanks for your time.

Best regards,
Simon

As crazy as it is. I ran windows updates one more time and although the desktop icon didn't work, the cmd with wscript kicked off the resume.
