Need to Access Old hotmail account

I am trying to access a hotmail account. I do have some information to help with the recovery form, but I am concerned that my information might be too old to be helpful, as it is being judged as "not sufficient." I have several printed out emails from 2000-2002 timeframe, and one email sent to a different email address that I own, in 2006. Unfortunately, this information does not appear to be adequate for the recovery form. I think I may need more specialized guidance from a support person.
