We have recently upgraded our environment to Exchange 2016, since then IMAP is not working for Outlook 2019 clients, it keeps prompting for password. Outlook 2010 is working fine.

Does this issue only happen on specific Outlook 2019 client? Or exist on all the Outlook 2019 clients with Exchange 2016 IMAP email accounts configured?
By the way, in order to avoid issues related to Outlook versions, please check your Outlook version via File > Office Account > About Outlook and make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version to see if the issue has any difference there.
