Hi There,

Sorry missed your reply, yep that file is missing, unfortunately since the policy still applied for existing users I only noticed when we got a new user so this policy must have been broken for a while as our backups dont have a copy of it, I will make another folder redirection policy and roll it out.

Many Thanks
Ben

Hi,
Welcome to ask here!

I would suggest you check the gpresult for the user and see if there are any errors.
When the user sign in, run command: gpresult /h report.html
Also, were there any changes recently?
Then check if the file :“Fdeploy.ini was missing under:
C:\Windows\SYSVOL\domain\Policies{4831EF93-7F9D-4198-A26D-D09E85BF9C7A}\User\Documents & Settings on all your DCs.
{4831EF93-7F9D-4198-A26D-D09E85BF9C7A} should be the ID of your GPO for the folder redirection.
You can check that by right click the GPO:
87136-4134.jpg
If the file was missing, we need to restore it from the system backup

Please let us know if you have any progress.
