Hello,
For some time now I'm having issues with Windows 10 roaming profiles. For some reason there are two profiles created on my networkshare for some users. The foldernames have a different extension, one is the expected .v6, but the other one has an extension of .v6.5. This is really odd, as these profiles are created from two computers running exactly the same Windows 10 version (1903, 18362.592). Searching on the internet for this v6.5 gives me exactly zero hits... What is this v6.5 (even Microsoft does not mention this version) , why is it created and what can I do to prevent this, as I'm stuck with two different profiles that do not synchronize. I have already disabled roaming profile versioning by following Incompatibility between Windows 8.1 roaming user profiles and those in earlier versions of Windows (microsoft.com) but that had no effect.
Regards,
Gesture
