Hello @SchreibmaierJoachim-9319 ,
What's the version of your fslogix?

Hello Leila,
thanks for your response - we are using version 2.9.7654.46150. We are observing the problem mainly in combination with cloud cache on notebooks. We manage the include/exclude via gpo and restricted groups (screenshot). There we have no option to update/replace - because this is the only way to control the local groups centrally. Isn't it?
Best Regards,
Joachim
Hello @SchreibmaierJoachim-9319 ,
Will the issue be reproduced if you downgrade to FSLogix 2004 (2.9.7349.30108)? Did all the users have this error?
Hello Leila,
I can't downgrade to this version - the setup is aborted although the new version is uninstalled. Reinstall of the new version is ok.
I think that is the mentioned bug in the release notes, isn't it?
NOTE: There is a current investigating regarding recent, rare reports of deadlocks in conjunction with Cloud Cache, this would result in an OS lock requiring a restart and loss of all sessions. It is unclear the cause of these issues, including if they are caused by Cloud Cache or FSLogix. These issues have been reported on versions of FSLogix earlier than 2009, but based initial investigation it is possible that the 2009 release would increase the frequency of these issues.
When will be a bugfix version available?

Hello @SchreibmaierJoachim-9319 ,
I just received a confirmation from our Product Team that CCDLocations and ProfileType=3 will cause RW vhd(x) can’t be merged without an exclusive lock if RW machine is signed out first. Our Production Team is trying their best to fix this known issue.
For now, we suggest you to use VHDLocations and ProfileType=3 first, as it is more stable.
Hello Leila,
thanks for the information. What about working offline? We can't work with FSLogix when using CloudCache - neither with the 2.9.7349.30108 nor with the new version. Any updates on a timeframe for the new version?
Hello @SchreibmaierJoachim-9319 ,
We haven’t heard from you in a couple of days. I'm looking forward to your response.

Hello @SchreibmaierJoachim-9319 ,
This is a known issue for CloudCache which is not stable at current moment, so we recommend you to use VHDLocations. Our product group is still carrying out investigation which may take some time. We'll keep you updated once received feedback from them.
