Sounds like you're trying to team internet connections? There's nothing native to Windows Server 2019 for this. You may need a multi-WAN hardware solution or something provided by the ISP or also search for "Broadband Bonding" software / service.

Hi,

If you want to managing hundreds of IP connected devices, you might consider using IPAM.

IP Address Management (IPAM) is an integrated suite of tools to enable end-to-end planning, deploying, managing and monitoring of your IP address infrastructure, with a rich user experience. IPAM automatically discovers IP address infrastructure servers and Domain Name System (DNS) servers on your network and enables you to manage them from a central interface.

For more details about IPAM, you could refer to the following article:

What's New in IPAM

Thanks Candy, but I have less than 200 IP addresses on the network and only 2 servers, I think I don't need "IPAM"
The issue is I have a lot of internet connections 10 of them, I need to merge these internet connections into just one connection to control the bandwidth, speed, disconnect some IP addresses, and cut off the internet For a while, etc ...
