SCCM - SMS_AD_USER_DISCOVERY_AGENT not starting.

Hi,

I have recently built a new SCCM current branch environment. I turned on the Discovery methods for system and user disoveries. The AD system discovery was successfully completed, but the AD_USER_DISCOVERY_AGENT wouldn't start. I cannot even find the log adusdis.log under ConfigMgr logs. When i try to query the component under
Config Mgr service manager it throws the below error. Can anyone please help me resolve this issue?

Thanks for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

You can check the component status through the path: CM console > Monitoring > System Status > Component Status.

Right-click any items to select Error or Warning and select date and time to check if there is a problem with the components.

Then the Description will show the possiable cause and solution of the problem.
