Remote Web Access An error occurred while setting up your domain name

I am running Windows Server 2016 Essentials I have been running this server for six months and this Saturday I just reboot the server and since then remote web access would not work. I format the server and start from scratch and I factory reset the router on Sunday create port forwarding 443, 80 and set everything back up, but remote web access will not work and is not a server issue. I have been in the form room and seen other people have the same problem plus I am running at the ideas and I do not know how to fix this issue.

    Hi,
Do you mean that after opening Domain Name Setup Wizard, we could not type Remote Web Access as domain name?
