Conditional Formatting in sharepoint list

I have created a meeting request form in a sharepoint list, and users have an option to select one of our meeting rooms. I am trying to achieve the following: When the user selects a meeting room, it would bring up the meeting room calendar and give them an opportunity to see if the room is available for their desired time and date. I have ownership rights for the meeting room calendars, which are actually full accounts.

I have several flows associated with this list, with one of them creating a calendar event in the meeting room for the selected date and time, but it currently has no way to verify if there is a conflict.
There are certainly many ways to go about this, so if you have another way of addressing this, or a possible solution, it would be greatly appreciated.

In the SharePoint meeting request list, you could use lookup column to select meeting room.

After you select meeting room, you could click the value to check the meeting room calendar event.

Hi Emily,

Sorry if I was not clear. When the user is filling out the form and they select a meeting room, I wanted the meeting room calendar to show or be visible, so that they could see what dates and times are available. So in terms of process, a user starts to fill out the form. They select onsite for meeting, then they choose the North room. When they do that, the North room calendar would come up, showing what days and times are reserved already. I hope this clarifies things. If not this, then a link on the form page somewhere where they can click and see the calendars for all meeting rooms so they can see what times are available for the meeting rooms.

I don’t think it’s possible that when the user select a meeting room, the meeting room calendar to show, so that they could see what dates and times are available.

Based on your description, you want to a link on the form page, I want to confirm whether it is Power Apps form or default form.

Hi Emily,

It is the default form (sharepoint list). Is this something I could do in power apps?
