I'm looking for Hardware Lab Kit version 1607 (required to test hardware on Server 2016) but it's not in VS Downloads (10 other HLKs are there) and the MS Docs download installer fails due to corrupt content.

HLKSetup runs, the config steps work, install begins and then fails ...
"Install did not complete successfully"
"Unable to verify the integrity of downloaded content. It might be corrupted. Please check your network connection and try again"
Tried multiple times and on two systems, same results.

Hi Steve, I'm encountering the same issue with HLK version 1607. Our IT dept. already verified this when downloading it doesn't redirect to any Microsoft servers that's why it keeps on failing compared to other HLK versions (eg. 1903) where it is redirected to Microsoft server.
We were able to run the certification for Windows Server 2016 using HLK Version 1703. Please try using the said version.

Microsoft Support has acknowledged that HLK 1607 is broken and says that it's being worked on. If/when I'm notified that it's fixed I'll post here again.
