On my teams account I always face with a problem of "Couldn’t load your calendar. Let’s give it another try." I could not solve my problem.
Please try following options
1. If you are using a desktop version of Teams application, check if you have the latest software used. If not update to latest version
2. If the application is latest, try to clear cache
Quit Microsoft Teams. Right-click the icon and select Quit.
Cut and paste the following location(s) into File Explorer: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams.
Delete the contents of the entire folder.
Restart Microsoft Teams.
If the above steps didn't help, try to use a web browser and see if it helps. You may try with different web browsers like chrome, edge etc.

Can we know from your side that whether you have Office 365 subscription with Exchange Online license or not?
We recommend you contact your admin in your Teams organization to check if you have licensed Exchange Online license.
