Now the latest Windows update has stuffed-up my game, how can I revert to previous version.

I was playing my Fallout 4 game when it began to run VERY slowly. I saved, then aborted the game, and found Windows Update was running. After windows update concluded I am unable to restart my Fallout 4 Game.
Effing Microsoft!
How do I revert to previous version of your operating system.

Hi,

Make sure whether it is an update or upgrade on your system.
If it is a update package such as (KB###) which will keep your existing system version, we could uninstall it through Control Panel\Programs and features\view installed update.
If it is a feature update which will upgrade system to an upper system version, such as Windows 10 1909 to Windows 10 2004, we could roll back to previous system version through Settings\Update&Security\Recovery\Go back to previous system version.

But I would recommend to update graphic driver and BIOS driver to latest version from device manufacturer website and check if fallout 4 have latest version for your system before uninstall update or roll back.

Bests,

Joy.

That answer is too complex for me to execute, however the problem SEEMED to go away when I re-installed the STEAM Loader which I expect had been adjusted for the latest Windows 10 update. I live in Hope. :)
