Teams call drops and dissapearing participant names

Several users at my office have complained repeated Team call drops, auto restart and the disappearing participant names. Tried uninstall and reinstalling but problem still persist :/ User is not using Bluetooth devices. Happen on Windows 10 Team desktop app Version 1.4.00.9773

Does this issue persist all the time?

Have you tried to login Teams web client to see if it can be reproduced?

To find the detailed reasons about this issue, we recommend you contact your Teams admin to find the process for monitoring and maintaining call and meeting quality by using Microsoft Teams Call Quality Dashboard (CQD). Most problems with Teams are network configuration or device settings. For more details about how to use CQD, you can refer to:
