Azure AD Login returning blank display name data, is there a way to create a test account for Azure AD?

I currently have an instance of Open edX that uses Azure AD login for user creation and login. In some cases, users are returned with no first name and/or last name. Is it possible to create a user account to replicate this scenario to test our code for an account with multiple aliases?

If you have an Azure AD tenant or if you create one you can add test accounts. To get a free trial you can sign up here.

However, if you are not an admin on the tenant where the users are being added, you will have to get help from the admin for testing that.

Where would I go within Azure Portal to create those accounts for testing purposes?
