Make messages coming from a specific user be auto forwarded to a specific user

    We have a client that has a previous employee that is mailing other employees about issues.  Management wants to see if there is anyway to reroute all emails coming in from this email address to a management address and block them from going to users.  Is there anyway to accomplish something like this with Microsoft 365 email boxes.  Thanks!

Hi @BrianWhite-8463

As michev mentioned, if you have access to the Exchange admin center, you may setup mail flow rules to forward the messages sent from the specific sender.

Here are the detailed steps:
1.access Exchange admin center
2.locate Mail Flow > Rules and create a new rule

3.the rule would be like "if the sender is previous_employee@example.com, redirect the message to manager@contoso.com"

4.after the rule is created and enabled, you may need to wait for a while for the rule to take effect (usually up to 30 minutes)
