How to change ADsync how users are uniquely mapped when syncing a user Forest and Exchange resource Forest .

Dear
Forest A is currently the user/resource Forest with Exchange. Forest B is the new Forest and becomes the user Forest while Forest A remains the resource Forest for Exchange.
Years ago, someone installed an ADSYNC to sync both A en B OnPrem Forest to one AzureAD and select the default settings where users exists in only one Forest .
I want to change this to: “ObjectSID and msExchangeMatserAccountSid”.
However, when re-run the current ADConnect, we don’t have that page to change or select this setting.
How can I change this from: “Users are represented only once across all directories” to “Users identities exists across multiple directories. Match using: ObjectSID and msExchangeMatserAccountSid”?
Do I really need to remove Forest B first and add it again? What with the groups from Forest B which are currently synced?
Keep in mind that, during the migration from Forest A to B, the UserPrincipalName will be changed too.
Thanks for the feedback.
Regards
Peter

Hello @PeterVanKeymeulenEDEConsulting-8985,

Thanks for reaching out and apologize for delayed response.

In this case you will need to uninstall Azure AD Connect and re-install it. This is because the cross-forest join rules condition can only be configured during the first install. This is done on the following page:

Hope this helps.
