Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

What type of file are you transferring?
Are you using Network Drive/Folder sharing or other method for sharing?
Are there other clients connected to these servers?

Hi,

Thank you for your posting!

Firstly, I would like to check your file transferring environment to better troubleshoot your issue.

1) The descriptions on the files that you were transferring, such as the type, the size, the quantity.

2) How did you transfer your file, including your network configuration for your file transferring.

3) Is this your first time that encounter this issue? What have you done before you encountered this issue?

4) Just like @Reza-Ameri said, are there other clients connected to these servers?

Secondly, there are many reasons for transferring slowness, such as storage or network configuration (e.g., speed limitations), multiple working processes running simultaneously, etc. You may follow the steps in this blog to troubleshoot your issue:

Thank you for your time!

Best regards
Joan
