Remote Debugging of App Service in VS2019 not Working

Hello, I am trying to debug my Azure App Service remotely, but it just keeps showing me the "Attaching the debugger" dialog in Visual Studio 2019. I have deployed my degug copy to azure and when i check the event logs in Azure, its shows that the debugger has been attached. My Visual Studio 2019 just continues to display the "Attaching the debugger..." dialog indefinitely.88854-attachingthedebugger.png

This answer by SnehaAgrawal is not adequate as it does not address the problem. I am facing the same issue with the remote debugger in VS2019. Does anybody at Microsoft have a straight answer about this issue?!

BTW, I already posted the issue to the VS2019 Feedback forum where it is being "Triaged"...
